PRIVATE INSTRUCTION

You probably won't read this, but, Private instruction is $400 plus $150 per additional adult. All materials and equipment are provided. Kids are free with a paying adult. You can purchase a ticket for a scheduled date or request a date. You can also buy a gift certificate if you wish to schedule with us at some point in the future, or purchase it as a gift without committing to a time and date.  There is no faster way to learn welding and metalwork than by working with an experienced instructor that specializes in teaching beginners.  Please note, we only teach private groups on the weekends, we do not teach individuals on the weekends.

WE TEACH:

Look, we teach every type of conventional welding expertly, here is a list you probably won't read. 

​

  • Metal inert gas, (also known as MIG or Wire-feed or GMAW)

  • MIG using self shielded wire, (also known as Flux cored or FCAW)

  • Tungsten inert gas, (also known as TIG or GTAW)

  • Oxy-fuel, (also known as Oxy acetylene or Oxy Propane)

  • Plasma cutting, (both manual and cnc)

  • “Spool Gun” or  MIG welding of Aluminum and any other subject relating to welding, metal fabrication, numeric controlled cutting equipment, and foundry work.

  • Aluminum Casting

  • Related processes, fabrication, machining, grinding, etc

If you are unsure which process would fit your requirements feel free to contact us and we’ll get right back to you. 

As far as I can tell about one person in ten thousand will read this far. The summary is this, we are excellent instructors and we have ALL the tools and we will patiently and expertly, teach you till your eyeballs float. If we aren't the best instructors in the country, I will be really goddamn surprised.

  • We require pre-payment in full to reserve private instruction sessions.

  • We can accommodate larger privately scheduled groups.

  • We only teach groups on weekends.

  • Solo private instruction is available on weekdays, please refer to the listing for details. 

  • We can use this session to help you with a specific project, or consult.   

  • If your goal is to learn to weld aluminum, please plan on multiple sessions. It is significantly more complex than welding on steel.

    Please purchase a ticket for either a 10-2 pm or 2 pm - 6 pm session, then email us at https://www.hazardfactory.org/contact and let us know two or more dates that would work for you. We will reply and confirm that date and time with you. Once the date is set, we will not reschedule.
