Our event space is 3000 square foot with 22 foot ceilings, a dock- height roll up door, a video projector, 20 foot by 30 foot screen, and audio. It is great for meetings, team builds, birthday parties, photography, movie nights, art and cultural events. It offers a huge amount of open space, excellent parking and privacy. We can provide up to 200 chairs and 12 eight foot tables for guests.

Located at 7800 seventh ave south 98108, it is in the same building as our metalworking facility. A three hour minimum rental and cash deposit are required.
